  • and Bank Account Details.

You have a right not to provide information that can identify you, but failure to provide this information may prevent us from providing our services or alternatively, affect the adequacy or appropriateness of advice or accounting services we give to you.

How do we collect personal information?

We generally collect personal information directly from the individual by way of face to face meetings, virtual online meetings, telephone conversations, mail and email correspondence.

We will not collect any personal information about you except when you have knowingly provided that information to us or authorised a third party to provide that information to us.

Why do we collect personal information?

We collect personal information primarily to ensure we have all the relevant and necessary information to provide our services to you, these include (but are not limited to):

  • completion of documentation and application forms (e.g. Tax Returns);

Disclosure to third parties?

  • our offices are monitored regularly by building security;
  • all computers have password protection
  • all computers linked to our intranet are password and virus protected; and
  • our intranet is protected by a firewall to guard against unauthorised access.

Correcting and updating your personal information?

We are committed to ensuring that all personal information collected, used and disclosed is relevant, accurate, complete and up-to-date.

We encourage individuals to contact us in order to update any personal information we hold about them. If we correct information that has previously been disclosed to another entity, we will notify the other entity within a reasonable period of the correction. If we believe personal information may not be accurate, we will take reasonable steps to correct the information.
