Billy is a finance and business leader with over 25 years’ experience in private and listed companies both locally and in Asia. Billy has built a diverse career that has seen him work with consumer goods, manufacturing, FMCG, supply chain, logistics and professional service businesses in key executive positions.

Billy has proven records in merge and acquisitions, corporate transaction advices, taxation, managing sizeable finance function, changing management, improving compliances, controls and productivities. Billy is specialised to help, small, medium and large businesses in finding suitable finance, accounting, transactional accounting and payroll solutions.

Billy is a fellow CPA member of CPA Australia holds Public Practice Certificate and a registered tax agent approved by Australian Tax Practitioner Board.

Edward has more than 18 years of experiences in accounting & finance area.  Edward has worked for Big 4 accounting firms as external auditor and financial advisor for more than 10 years followed by years of inhouse senior finance management roles in private sectors. With profound knowledge and hands on experiences, Edward is expert to provide enterprises on the statutory accounting & reporting, taxation, compliance and transactional services solutions.

Jing is a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA). She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree, majoring in Accounting and Finance. She has approximately 15 years experiences in providing excellent bookkeeping, taxation and business services to small and medium sized business across a range of industries.
